Returns Policy
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If for any reason you wish to return your order, please inform us within 14 days after you have received your delivery. The item must then be returned within 14 days after you have have notified us. The order must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. If you are returning goods to us, you will be responsible for the return postage charges and these will not be refunded by us.
If you are returning an item because of an error on the part of our company or because it is damaged or defective please contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receiving the item to notify us of the damage or fault. We will provide a freepost return label to you.
All items returned to us must include a copy of the sales receipt or your order number and name and address.
