Delivery & Returns

All orders are sent in 100% discreet packaging.

Standard delivery (£3.95) is available on orders weighing up to 3.5kg. Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 24 with a delivery time of approximately 1-2 days.

Express Delivery (£5.95) is available on all orders up to 20kg. Delivery is by DPD and is a next working day service to most UK postcodes (see postcodes below). Postcodes outside of the next day area can be sent via courier at a cost of £14.95 (Northern Ireland £13.95).

Orders received by 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 3pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Next day delivery is only available on deliveries made to the cardholders billing address or a confirmed business address and applies to UK mainland addresses with the exception of the following postcodes (AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3).

Orders must be received by 3pm and applies to in stock items only. If an item is out of stock we will email you with a new delivery date with the option to cancel the order. 

All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area and availability and demand.
